The legend, in full
The House of Kade
Chapter I
The Sanctuary
Centuries ago, before perfume was merely fragrance, the House of Kade was known across hidden circles as a sanctuary of alchemists, perfumers, poisoners and curse-weavers. Behind locked cathedral doors, in candlelit laboratories, the House crafted forbidden potions capable of altering emotion, memory, obsession, temptation — and fate itself.
Kings sought them. Lovers feared them. Empires attempted to erase them. Yet the House endured.
Chapter II
The Craft
Every potion was handcrafted from rare florals, sacred oils, crushed herbs, smoke resins, moonwater extractions and unnamed ingredients whispered about only in private circles.
Some blends inspired devotion. Some invited madness. Some were believed to awaken hidden desires buried deep within the soul.
Chapter III
The Vanishing
Over time, the world changed. Modern society abandoned enchantment. Wonder became commerce. Mysticism became myth. And the House of Kade disappeared from public knowledge.
Or so the story goes.
Chapter IV
The Return
Now, after generations hidden in secrecy, the House has reopened its vault. The forbidden potions have returned — not for everyone. Only for those capable of seeing beyond the ordinary world.
Chapter V
The Perfumer
The House’s present keeper works from Manila, where every potion in the collection is blended by her own hand — measured, steeped, and sealed in small batches, exactly as the old formulas demand. No machines. No shortcuts. No two batches entirely alike.
Her charge is simple: to return whimsy to fragrance, and to give every scent a story worth wearing. The House accepts commissions for custom blends, and its doors — for the first time in generations — stand open to the world.
